Privacy policy

Overview

This privacy policy explains how WheelGo handles information when you use wheelgo.net, its random wheel tools, and its contact channels.

Information stored on your device

WheelGo stores wheel entries, recent results, and preferences in your browser using local storage. This allows your wheel and settings to remain available when you return on the same browser.

This information stays on your device and is not sent to WheelGo by the wheel editor. You can remove it by clearing your browser storage or site data.

Sharing and clipboard access

When you choose Share wheel, WheelGo asks your browser to copy the displayed page link to your clipboard. Clipboard access happens only after you select the copy action.

Before sharing a link or wheel-related information, review it and avoid including personal or confidential information in wheel entries.

Contact emails

If you contact us at [email protected], we receive the information you include in your email, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and other details you choose to provide.

We use this information to reply, investigate problems, and improve WheelGo. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Website hosting and access logs

WheelGo does not currently use advertising trackers or a dedicated analytics service. Our hosting and network providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and security events.

Their handling of this information is governed by their own privacy and security terms.

Cookies

WheelGo does not currently set cookies for advertising or analytics. Browser local storage is used for the wheel and preference features described above.

Third-party links and services

WheelGo may link to websites or services we do not operate. Their privacy practices are controlled by their respective providers, and this policy does not cover those services.

Data security

We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

WheelGo is a general-purpose random selection tool and is not directed at collecting personal information from children. Do not enter sensitive personal information about children into wheel entries or contact messages.

Your choices

You control the wheel information stored in your browser and can delete it through your browser settings. You may contact us to ask about personal information contained in correspondence you have sent to us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when WheelGo’s features or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revisions are published.
